Dishing It Up Recipe Hop: Halloween Pretzel Candy Melts

This week's edition of Dishing It Up is Spooktacular Halloween Snacks!  Even if you're not having a Halloween party these snacks will be perfect to munch on before Trick-or-Treating!

Here's a super easy treat for Halloween!  I LOVE chocolate covered pretzels...so here's a festive version of them.  These can be used for any holiday or special occasion by altering the colors.  We've made them for Christmas, Easter, and birthday parties too!

Pretzel Candy Melts

You'll need...
Snap pretzels (the waffle looking ones)
Candy melts in Halloween colors (there are many colors & flavors of these in craft stores)
M&M's in Halloween colors

Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.  Place pretzels on baking sheet with one candy melt on each.  Bake for about 5 minutes or until candy melt is soft when touched with a spoon.

After removing from the oven, immediately place one M&M in the center of each candy melt.  Be sure not to bake too many pretzels at once since they start to cool and harden pretty fast.

Warning:  These have been known to be addicting!!
