People all over the world get together and share recipes at recipe swaps. Because each person is only responsible for one dish it can be very frugal. The travel and company of sharing the meal at different residences makes it entertaining and fun. Plus, it's a great way to pick up new recipes, tips, and ideas.
With the help and expertise of some other fantastic women bloggers, we've decided to host a virtual Recipe Swap. Hopefully, you will find this virtual Recipe Swap Hop not only fun, but will find some wonderful new blogs to follow and pick up some new recipes and tips. I've included the menu for today's Recipe Swap hop, along with the links to the other dishes. Each blogger contributed a favorite recipe to share with you and we hope that you will enjoy the recipes and the event. Feel free to leave feedback for your hostesses as we plan for future Recipe Swaps.
The recipe I will be sharing with you today is a Broccoli, Rice, and Cheese Casserole. I learned to make this when I first started dating my husband about 10 years ago. He kept telling me how delicious "broccoli, rice, and cheese" was...so I found the recipe online and surprised him one day with it. I have to tell you, it is delicous! It's a very easy dish and perfect as a dinner side or for a party! I hope you enjoy my Broccoli, Rice, and Cheese Casserole as much as my family does!
